Return Window and Eligibility
Axton Robotics LLC strives to provide high-quality automation products and accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Return Period: You must request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Product Condition: Items must be in like-new condition. This means all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and protective materials must be intact, and the product must be free from signs of installation, damage, or wear.
Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 15 % restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, and repackaging costs.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchange Policy
If the purchased item does not meet your needs, Axton Robotics LLC may approve an exchange subject to inventory availability. Exchange requests must meet these criteria:
Exchange Period: You must request an exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Exchanges outside of this window will not be accepted.
Pre-Approval Required: Exchanges require prior approval from our customer-service team. Please contact us at the email or phone number above to obtain an authorization and confirm that the desired replacement item is available.
Product Condition: Items must remain in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories intact.
Return & Exchange Process
Contact Customer Service: Email [email protected] or call +1 (844) 542-9866 to request a return or exchange authorization. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the request.
Obtain Return Authorization: Our support team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or approval for exchange. Returns or exchanges without an RMA number will not be processed.
Prepare the Shipment: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and protective materials. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
Ship the Item: Return the item to the address listed above using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it is in like-new condition. If approved, a refund minus the 15 % restocking fee will be issued to the original payment method, or the exchange item will be shipped.
Exceptions & Notes
Custom-built systems or special-order items may not be eligible for return or may carry different return terms. Our customer-service team will advise on specific items at the time of purchase.
Returns or exchanges requested beyond the stated 7-day (returns) or 14-day (exchanges) periods are not permitted.
Axton Robotics LLC reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
