The IAP1 Sprue Picker incorporates several igus component technologies, including drylin W profile rail guides for low-friction linear motion and structural rigidity, dryspin threaded nuts and spindles for drive actuation without lubrication, flat guide drylin N components for part stabilization, and iglidur J plain bearings at pivot points to minimize wear. Custom wear parts are manufactured from iglidur semi-finished plastic stock to ensure a precise fit for each installation.
IAP1 Sprue Picker is compatible with small injection molding machines and is suitable for continuous 24/7 production with minimal downtime. Three variants are available to match specific integration needs and platform requirements. The compact design allows use in both new and retrofit installations where space is limited.
