Product Description
The ZXPE5 integrates vacuum pump, vent valve, pressure sensor and suction cup into a single 556 g unit, eliminating the need for external air supply.
As a UR-certified model for UR3e, UR5e, UR10e and UR16e (PNP), it supports quick plug-and-play installation via M8 connector.
Three power-optimized operating modes, a 360° status indicator and integrated diagnostics enable transparent, reliable process control.
A wide range of cup shapes and materials (flat, ribbed, bellows, thin, multi-bellows; NBR, silicone, FKM, urethane; Ø 8–32 mm) guarantees maximum application flexibility.
The ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 flange ensures fast tool changes with just two clamp screws, simplifying setup on collaborative robots.
Built-in vacuum generation minimizes leaks and tubing requirements, supporting stable automation even in space-restricted housings.
Ideal for pick-and-place, small-parts packaging, labeling, palletizing and gentle handling of flexible or uneven surfaces.
