The SMC ZXP-X1 is a plug-and-play vacuum gripper that consolidates ejector, air supply and release valves, pressure sensor, and suction pad into a single lightweight assembly for cobot applications.
Operating with a single compressed-air tube and M8 connection, the unit delivers up to 7 kg maximum work load, −84 kPa vacuum pressure, and 17 L/min suction flow for pick-and-place tasks across packaging, lightweight assembly, laboratory automation, and small-parts handling.
The modular suction pad design supports configuration of pad size, material, and shape to accommodate flat, curved, porous, or delicate surfaces.
The gripper conforms to ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 mounting standards for straightforward integration with Universal Robots and other collaborative robot platforms.
Weighing 0.84 kg, the ZXP-X1 maintains a compact footprint while providing integrated smart sensing for vacuum monitoring and process control.
