The ZGS011PK-400240BS6-C1C10 features a 400 × 240 mm sponge-type suction surface that conforms to uneven loads, enabling reliable gripping of cartons, bags, mixed SKUs, and irregularly filled products.
At 3.9 kg, the system delivers a maximum lifting force of 2144 N at −75 kPa while remaining suitable for collaborative and industrial robot applications.
Modular ejector configurations support application-specific tuning of suction flow to optimize cycle performance.
Installation is streamlined through a single air supply connection, one electrical cable, and an ISO-9409-1-50-4-M6 mounting flange for quick attachment to robot flanges.
The system is compatible with Universal Robots, Omron/Techman, FANUC, and Yaskawa platforms.
