The low-profile construction and small-diameter drive and idler rollers minimize transfer gaps, reducing the risk of product hangups at transition points.
The conveyor frame incorporates T-slots with 10 mm slot width running along both sides, enabling direct attachment to machine frames and providing mounting points for side rails, sensors, and other peripherals.
These slots also support optional conveyor stands that can be installed along the full frame length to navigate uneven floors or projecting machine bed edges.
Power supply and control are handled through the Igus Robot Control system.
This unit ships without accessories or a base frame; both are available upon request.
