The system achieves up to 20 picks per minute and weighs 14.9 kg.
This gantry robot is suited for pick and place operations, lab automation, packaging, and light assembly tasks in manufacturing environments, research facilities, and small to medium enterprises.
The platform accommodates various camera systems, grippers, and accessories for applications including bin picking, adhesive dispensing, and vertical farming automation.
Control options include igus Robot Control or Dryve D1 motor controllers, with support for Modbus TCP/IP, CANopen, ROS, digital I/O, and LabVIEW integration.
Programming is performed via a 3D graphical user interface on a Windows 10 PC.
An optional handheld controller with touchscreen and joystick provides manual operation and program execution, enabling autonomous operation after initial programming.
A gamepad connected to the Windows PC can serve as an alternative to the handheld controller.
