This all-in-one package combines the ReBeL Cobot (4, 5 or 6 DOF) with a seventh axis – a drylin® ZLW-20200 belt-driven linear axis offering up to 3000 mm stroke.
The system enables up to 5800 mm reach (based on configuration), 2 kg payload, and ±1 mm repeatability.
Controlled via igus® Robot Control with direct CAN bus integration.
The seventh axis can be synchronized with the robot as an external axis.
Supported protocols: Modbus TCP/IP, ROS, CANopen, digital I/Os.
Free software available.
Typical applications: pick & place, quality inspection, machine tending, handling large parts or multiple stations.

The 7th axis bundle expands the workspace of the ReBeL with individually and flexibly usable axis to increase the operating radius up to 5800mm.

Thanks to tribologically optimized plastics, no additional lubrication is necessary.
The control box makes it possible to control the 7th axis directly via the igus Robot Control as an external axis.
Direct connection to the CAN bus provides a ready-to-connect solution.
Simultaneous movement of the 7th axis and the robot in unlimited positions is possible thanks to direct control via igus Robot Control.
