The QKM Tobot FlexSorter Automated Material Handling Station is an automated material handling system designed for high-precision, vision-guided sorting of small components, thin sheets, silicon wafers, and irregularly shaped parts in electronics, medical device, automotive, and toy assembly environments.
The QKM Tobot FlexSorter Station (QFSM-0001K-3224) leverages integrated FlexSorter software with a 13.3-inch touchscreen for streamlined operation and rapid changeovers. The top-mounted vision camera enables automated and vision-guided sorting in high-mix, small-batch production workflows, reducing manual sorting errors and supporting fast adaptation for changing product types.
