The OnRobot 2FG7 is an electrically actuated parallel gripper designed for handling workpieces up to 11 kg with adjustable gripping force from 20 N to 140 N.
Each jaw provides 4 mm of stroke, enabling an external gripping width up to 73 mm while maintaining 0.1 mm repeatability for consistent part placement.
At 1.1 kg, the gripper minimizes inertia and fits applications where space is constrained.
Software-programmable force, speed, and stroke parameters eliminate the need for pneumatic infrastructure and allow precise tuning for fragile or irregular parts.
Integrated grip detection and loss-of-grip monitoring provide real-time feedback to supervisory systems for process validation.
The 2FG7 carries an IP67 rating for use in washdown or dusty environments and meets ISO Class 5 cleanroom standards.
