The igus drylin DLE-LG-0002 is a two-degree-of-freedom linear gantry robot designed for repetitive material handling and positioning tasks.
It provides a working space of 800 x 500 mm with 0.5 mm repeatability and handles payloads up to 5 kg at speeds reaching 0.5 m/s, enabling throughput of up to 50 picks per minute.
Control is achieved through igus Robot Control software or the Dryve D1 controller, both offering connectivity via Modbus TCP/IP, CANopen, digital I/O, and compatibility with ROS and LabVIEW environments.
The system includes a 3D programming interface to simplify motion path creation and integration workflows.
