The igus LCA-DR1000-03 3-axis delta robot is designed for high-speed pick & place operations.
With a working diameter of 1,000 mm, up to 96 picks per minute, and a top speed of 2 m/s, it offers a precise and cost-effective automation solution.
Maximum acceleration reaches 28 m/s² with repeatability around 0.3 mm.
Control is provided via the optional igus® Robot Control, available as a cabinet version.
The free software enables intuitive programming and integration with systems like Modbus TCP/IT, ROS, or Python.

Typical applications for our drylin® delta robots are pick and place, conveyor belt picking and stacking tasks in three-dimensional space.
In combination with a gripper or suction cup, picking tasks can be implemented very quickly.
The Software enables simple and intuitive robot control and programming, making it easy to get started with automation.
The modular design makes it possible to control different igus kinematics, for example Delta robots.
The Delta robot can be controlled directly by our igus® Robot Control with all its advantages.
The free and license-free igus Robot Control software is integrated into the control system and thus uses a uniform operating concept and consistent communication services for many components of a system.
This means less project planning effort and faster commissioning.
