FlexiBowl® series

The FlexiBowl 200C/CC is a flexible feeding system designed to orient and present parts regardless of their geometry, surface characteristics, or material type.

Measuring 629 x 580 x 362 mm, this unit interfaces with industrial robots and vision systems to automate part handling across diverse manufacturing applications.

The system handles entire part families within a single size range, feeding components from 1 to 10 mm in dimension and up to 20 g in weight.

This consolidation capability allows a single FlexiBowl unit to replace multiple conventional feeders that would otherwise be required for different part geometries.

The 200C/CC addresses the need for flexible automation in applications where part changeovers are frequent or where geometric variation makes traditional vibratory bowl feeders impractical.
