FlexiBowl® series

The FlexiBowl 200C/CC is a flexible parts feeding system designed to orient and present components without requiring custom tooling for specific part geometries.

This unit feeds products of any geometry, surface, and material, and integrates with all industrial robots and vision systems.

Measuring 788 x 740 x 362 mm, the system handles parts ranging from 1 to 10 mm in size and up to 20 g in weight.

A single FlexiBowl can accommodate entire part families within this size range, eliminating the need for multiple dedicated feeders typical of conventional vibratory bowl systems.

This flexibility makes it suitable for operations with varied part portfolios or frequent changeovers.
