This igus energy chain set provides organized cable routing for Universal Robots UR5 and UR5e collaborative robot arms.
The system includes mounting brackets, cobot clamps, and integrated strain relief designed to protect power and signal cables throughout the robot's range of motion.
The complete set ships with one mounting bracket with strain relief, one cobot clamp with mounting bracket and strain relief, and three additional cobot clamps with mounting brackets but without strain relief.
The kit incorporates a suitable length of either TRE.30 or TRE.40.B energy chain selected for UR5 and UR5e kinematics.
This configuration supports cable management from the robot base through each joint, reducing wear on electrical connections and minimizing downtime from cable failure in production environments.
