This igus energy chain set provides a complete cable management solution designed specifically for Universal Robots UR10 and UR10e collaborative robot arms.
The system organizes and protects cables throughout the robot's range of motion, reducing wear and preventing interference with work envelopes.
The kit includes one mounting bracket with integrated strain relief, one cobot clamp with mounting bracket and strain relief, and four additional cobot clamps with mounting brackets but without strain relief.
The set incorporates a pre-selected length of either TRE.30 or TRE.40.B series energy chain appropriate for the UR10(e) application.
This configuration addresses the cable routing requirements from the robot base through the full kinematic chain, with clamps positioned at articulation points to secure cabling while allowing normal robot movement.
