igus®

$16,300.00

This igus drylin 3-axis delta robot provides a 660 mm diameter workspace with 0.5 mm repeatability and 5 kg payload capacity for pick and place, sorting, and packaging applications.

The igus drylin DLE-DR-0050-0004-00-0 is a 3 DOF delta robot designed for industrial pick and place, sorting, packaging, and laboratory automation tasks.

It delivers 0.5 mm repeatability across a 660 mm diameter workspace and handles payloads up to 5 kg at speeds of 0.7 m/s with 2 m/s² acceleration, supporting throughput of up to 30 picks per minute.

Motion control is managed through the included Dryve D1 motor controller, which supports Modbus TCP, CANopen, and digital/analog I/O protocols.

The igus Robot Control system features a modular DIN rail architecture, 1/256 microstepping for smooth motion, and adaptive current control using Trinamics StallGuard2 and CoolStep technologies for energy-efficient operation.

Programming is handled via an interactive 3D interface with commands including Joint, Linear, If-Then-Else, DigitalOut, and Loop.

The system communicates with remote computers over TCP/IP and offers ROS package compatibility.

Setup requires no software installation.

Optional accessories such as initiator kits, calibration pins, and cable clips are available to streamline deployment.

The robot weighs 20 kg.

When paired with grippers, suction cups, or vision systems, the unit can be configured for bin picking and conveyor belt picking tasks in three-dimensional space.
